Your Job:

• Support our Head of Capacity Manager with all related topics.
• Independent takeover of project management tasks.
• Forecast and solve capacity bottleneck in our Creative and Strategy department.
• Support of the entire freelancer process, from the freelancer search and enquiry, to booking, contract creation and invoice processing, including all administrative tasks and the tools used.
• Networking within the freelance community and expand our freelancer pool with exciting profiles.
• Support in the Award Management process.

Your Profile:

• You have a degree in business administration with a focus on Marketing, Management, Controlling or a comparable studies.
• You already gained first relevant work experience in internships during your studies, preferably in an advertising agency.
• You have a friendly personality. You heard before you are diplomatic and/or “people’s person”.
• You have excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• The ability to work under pressure is one of your absolute strengths.
• You are an organizational talent and work fast and independently.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
• You have a valid working visa for Germany
