antoni is looking for a senior creative strategy brain with lots of passion for clear springboards and juicy idea starters.
You should have a clear understanding of what’s happening in culture and apply these trends to creative strategies. You can’t wait to work collaboratively with creative teams to develop ideas and make the work the best it can be – and you don’t mind doing so proactively. You should be as comfortable with high level management presentations as with creating compelling inspirational decks.
You understand and translate global business strategies and practices into brand and communication strategies and have no problems applying brand and business strategy tools and developing own models, frameworks and approaches (including pragmatic research methods) towards a given goal.

Requirements:
- Leading development of compelling, modern and distinctive creative strategies
- Working collaboratively with creative teams to develop ideas and make the work the best it can be – proactively
- Working closely with clients to sell in strategies and the practice of strategy
- Build brand identities and multi-year, global communication platforms
- Working in partnership with management to answer quick fire strategic questions
- Support antoni management acquiring new business through analysis, proving and disproving hypotheses and holding workshops
- Comfortable mentoring junior and mid-level members of the team
- German skills are nessecary
