antoni is looking for a person who can get things done within the agency’s creative production department. With ever-expanding production projects each year, tasks will range from supporting the team, ensuring the smooth running of the process, to providing exceptional results: In close cooperation with the creative department and with regard to the creative product, the Creative Producer (f/m/x) is supporting the team exhausting all possibilities to ensure the quality of the execution under the special aspects of cost efficiency and process reliability.
Requirements:
- Distinct creative talent and flair
- Super-organized and a real team-player
- Min 3 years of professional experience in a film/post/media production or advertising agency
- Good knowledge of film production and very good knowledge of national and international commercial film productions, postproductions and music productions
- Overview of national and international directors (including updates newcomers)
- Good knowledge in the field of post-production
- Basic legal knowledge regarding contracts (e.g. film production, music, Composers, performers, etc.)
- Good and up-to-date knowledge of moving image, formats, UHG, § 50a, KSV, buyouts
- Knowledge of web formats and video platforms
- Tracking film, music, advertising and creative trends
- Fluent German is a must
