WHAT YOU DO

As Brand Experience Store Manager you are responsible for the daily running, coordination of day to-day operations and the organization of in-store events

You will represent a premium global brand in the mobility sector and deliver the best brand experience to our in-store customers
-
You motivate and lead your team members, guarantee a good working atmosphere and make sure a sound shift plan is in place

Together with the LIGANOVA HQ in Stuttgart our next Brand Experience Store Manager will organize in-store events and facilitate cooperations with influencers, speakers and artists

You will set and measure KPIs for your team and manage the CRM system to measure customer experience and satisfaction

WHO YOU ARE

Ideally you have completed a degree in business, tourism, event management or any retail-related study. At the same time we believe that the right experience and mindset are decisive
-
To become our next Brand Experience Store Manager you have managed a store and a team before, ideally in the retail branch
-
You bring strong skills in face-to-face communication and are fluent in both German as well as English, additional foreign language skills are a plus (Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese)

Our next Brand Experience Store Manager has an affinity for story-telling, experiential marketing, the automotive industry and future trends

You bring flexibility, creativity and passion to build up a new retail format and aren’t afraid to go beyond the status quo
